Beginning and ending at Hawthorn, we'll ride the urban yet scenic circuit of Capital City Trail with, as the title suggests, a coffee stop along the way. We'll stop for lunch in Carlton North as we travel between Merri and Moonee Ponds Creeks along Inner Circle Rail Trail.

Along Merri Creek Trail we'll pass Rushall Railway Station, a point to opt out if you wish to halve the ride. From there we'll travel west to connect with Moonee Ponds Creek Trail then ride south to Docklands, through the city and around Yarra Trail back to Hawthorn.
