Details to be confirmed but the plan at this stage is to take a V/Line train to Traralgon and take our time on Saturday riding the trail to its conclusion in Stratford. Then we'll have a liesurely morning before catching a train from there back to Melbourne. There aren't many options for return trains on a Sunday and this seems to be the best way to have a relaxing weekend while riding the whole trail to take in panoramic vistas of the Great Dividing Range and the Great Gippsland Plains. The distance is 63 km all up but we have the whole day to do it and there are many places to stop along the way.
